ITeachers Meet-Ups – is back on air! This is a series of online meetings for teachers from SoftServe, which will allow you to better understand the needs and form a sustainable community ready to implement joint projects and improve IT education together.
The second meetup is dedicated to the standards and quality of education. 🧐

Topics for discussion: open access, patent data in the Derwent Innovation Index on the Web of Science platform, and determining leaders from the Web of Science Core Collection data.

Vinnytsia National Technical University is holding the 2nd round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific papers in branches of knowledge and specialties on the topic “Informatics and Cybernetics”. We invite you to register for EU best practices: Cyberattack Detection and Analysis with Machine Learning course.
Instructor – Alexander Adamov, Ph.D., the head of the research laboratory called NioGuard Security Lab (https://www.nioguard.com/) with 15-year experience in the analysis of cyberattacks. He has taught cyber security at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics in Ukraine and Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden and conducts scientific activities in the areas of malware analysis and development of methods for cyber threats detection using AI and ML. He is a co-author of the EU Master’s Program in Cyber Security within ENGENSEC project. In cooperation with OSCE, he has given the training in Reverse Engineering of Cyberattacks to the Cyberpolice of Ukraine. Alexander has spoken at various security conferences and workshops such as International Virus Bulletin Conference, Virus Analyst Summit, OpenStack Summit, OWASP, HackIT, UISGCON, and BSides.

The courses will start on October 25, 2021.

In accordance with the order of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education of April 28, 1963-E “On the appointment of an expert group” on May 17, 2021, will be an open meeting with experts of the educational program “Computer Engineering” of the third (doctor of philosophy) level of higher education in the speciality 123 “Computer Engineering” with all comers.
