On August 31, 2025, a solemn initiation ceremony for first-year students took place at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. This important event marked the beginning of a new phase in the lives of young people who have chosen the path of computer engineering and management.

Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (KhNURE) is pleased to announce the official recognition of its “Computer Engineering” PhD program in the province of Ontario, Canada. This will allow Canadian citizens enrolled in this program at KhNURE to receive financial assistance through the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP), which significantly expands opportunities for international cooperation and education.
