Program of work of the expert group during the accreditation examination of the educational-scientific program “Computer Engineering” of the third (doctor of philosophy) level of higher education in the speciality 123 “Computer Engineering” at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics in the period from 17 to 19 May 2021 in remote mode.

On April 20-22 at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, in a distance format, the 25th International Youth Forum “Radio Electronics and Youth in the XXI Century” was held. Within the framework of the forum, an exhibition of technical creativity of youth was held (on-line).

On April 7, 2021, Cloudwharf GmbH, represented by its CEO & Co-Founder Dr. Konstantin Teplinskiy, and Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, represented by its Rector Prof. Valerii Semenets, in order to develop and expand the relationship taking into consideration mutual interests in scientific, technological and academic collaboration have agreed on the Memorandum of Cooperation.

Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics invites everyone to take part in the Career Month, which will take place from March 15 to April 15. During the event, leading IT companies EPAM, NIX, SoftServe, CodeIT, Zone3000, Akvelon, Sigma Software and other participants will hold interesting online events, during which all interested parties will be able to ask questions to the representatives of these companies. All events will be posted on the pages of social networks: Telegram, Facebook. We also offer an overview of the basic requirements for vacancies in IT areas, which will be published during the Career Month. On March 9, 2021, a presentation of the German company Cloudwharf took place at the Design Automation department. The students were addressed by the director and founder of the company, Dr.-Ing. Konstantin Teplinsky, and Salesforce platform developer Daniil Kovalenko. Cloudwharf managers acquainted students with the history of foundation, directions and peculiarities of the company’s work, vacancies, prospects for cooperation, and opening an office in Kharkov.

At the Design Automation Department a round table was held between members of the project group to develop an educational and scientific training program for the third scientific and educational level of higher education in the specialty 123 – computer engineering, postgraduate students and stakeholders. The structure of the program, mandatory and optional components and proposals for the content of disciplines related to modern trends in the development of the professional field were discussed. Based on the results of the round table, the developers of the educational and scientific program took into account all constructive proposals from graduate students of specialty 123 – computer engineering and stakeholders.

Ms student of Design Automation Department Ivan Semenenko took 7th place among 28 participants at Annual International Microelectronics Olympiad, which has been held in Yerevan, 8-10 Desember 2020. Every year Olympiad unites participants from 10-20 countries.

Congratulations to the 6th year MS student of the Design Automation Department Vladislav Sergienko (group SKSM-19-1) on the appointment of the Ukrainian President scholarship (order No. 1208 of 09/29/2020)!
Vladislav is not only an excellent student, but is also he is the winner of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad in the technical diagnostics of computing devices and systems (2019), the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific papers in the field of “Informatics and Cybernetics” (2020), a participant in IEEE scientific conferences, a participant in student academic mobility programs (Sweden), he also has experience in Ukrainian and foreign IT companies.
