Vanin Eldar Serhiyovych, KIUKI-21-8 group. Project: Building security system. The qualification work is dedicated to the implementation of a prototype premise security system. The goal of the work is to create an autonomous security system using ESP32-CAM, HC-SR501 (motion sensor), and SIM-800L GSM modules to provide notification of alarm events.

At the Design Automation Department (DAD) of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE), the defences of qualification theses for first (bachelor’s) level higher education students in speciality 123 Computer Engineering have commenced. The defences are taking place from June 12 to June 30, 2025.

On June 12, 2025, the period of qualification work defenses for students of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education in specialty 123 “Computer Engineering” began at the Design Automation Department (DAD) of NURE. From the very first day, the committee and attendees were impressed by the high level of preparation and originality of the presented projects.

Research by PhD students Andrii Voronov, Oleh Demchenko, Heorhii Kulak, Nataliia Maksymova, and bachelors S.V. Mashtaliar, D.V. Turbaba, has been included in the proceedings of the XV International Scientific and Technical Conference “Modern Trends in the Development of Information and Communication Technologies and Control Systems”. The conference was held on April 24 – 25, 2025, on the initiative of partner universities from Baku – Kharkiv – Zilina: the Institute of Control Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute”, and the University of Zilina.
