Participation in the “International Workshop on Frontier Advances in Semiconductor Materials, Devices, Circuits, Design and Test Automation”
Professor of the Design Automation Department Hahanov V.I. participated as an invited expert in the “International Workshop on Frontier Advances in Semiconductor Materials, Devices, Circuits, Design and Test Automation,” held on April 14-15, 2025, at Xidian University, Xi’an, China, with a plenary report on “Vector-logic design and test computing,” dedicated to modeling for simulation, testing, and diagnostics of faults as addresses for functional verification of digital designs.
One of the important goals of the workshop is to invite about 10 top-tier foreign experts, each of whom will deliver a presentation on the latest developments in their field. The research aroused keen interest in the scientific community. “We thank the professors of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics Hahanov V.I., Chumachenko S.V., and Lytvynovа Ye.I. for the brilliant report,” stated in a letter of appreciation from Professor Kang Li.
