A device for reading heart rate and a a full-fledged Android application for processing the received data and sending notifications about critical indicators. The device is based on the Arduino Micro Pro board and Bluetooth HM-10 controller. The MAX30102 was used as a heart rate sensor. The program code of the device is written using the Arduino IDE. Android application was developed using Android Studio and the Kotlin development language
